"Festivals in Estonia 2012" was compiled by the Estonian Institute and designed by the design and ad agency Refleks. The booklet presents a diverse selection of bigger festivals and cultural events in Estonia in 2012.
The dance production "The Drone of Monk Nestor" was invited to perform in the European capital of culture 2012 in Maribor. It is a sequel to "Chude", where the monk-chronicler Nestor travels from the Kiev cave monastery to the shores of Lake Peipsi.
On Saturday the Hungarian branch of the Estonian Institute welcomes everybody interested in knitting who wish to try the Estonian style.
The Estonian Institute offers scholarships to holders of a doctoral degree or Master’s or Doctoral students who are citizens of a foreign state and are studying at a university abroad, to write a research paper on an Estonia-related topic or to gather material for it.
The chatroom is meant for everybody who wishes to practice their spoken Estonian or Finnish - an hour of Estonian and an hour of Finnish, every Monday at 6 p.m. in Estonian House.
