Hungary: Fred Jüssi's "Stone Patterns"

The festival is the biggest summer undertaking in Nógrádi county, taking place in the museum of the historic Széchény Castle, around it and in small villages of Nógrádi. The Estonian Institute in Hungary participates for the fourth time, this time presenting Fred Jüssi's photographic exhibition "Stone Patterns".

St Martin's Day Fair (Martin markkinat) is the biggest event concerning Estonia in Finland. This year's logo is "Culture Invites!" ("Kulttuuri kutsuu!") and the main topic is Tallinn - European capital of culture 2011. Various side programmes offer concerts and seminars elsewhere in Helsinki.

The photographic exhibition "Countdown of Days" shows events in 2010 within the framework of "52 surprises and ideas", organised by the Foundation Tallinn 2011. The diverse weekly events counted days until the year 2011 when Tallinn and Turku became European culture capitals.
